Speakers’ bios
Remo Vogel is responsible for the strategic development of distribution technology at Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) / ARD. His focus is on hybrid systems for programme publication. He is co-chairing the EBU TV Platforms group.
Stefano Braghieri has around 30 years of experience in broadcast/broadband technologies in various capacities, from code writing to standard definition. Involved in DVB and HbbTV Association standards definition, and in HD-Forum-Italia Working Group. He has been working for Mediaset since 2011, involved in technical and commercial support for new technologies and product innovation.
Jim Higgins has worked in RTÉ since 2013, as Business Development Manager for Ireland’s DTT platform Saorview. Experienced in DTT platform stakeholder management, consumer electronics technology and marketing. Achievements include manufacturer technical group lead as part of Irish DTT pilot stakeholder group, Saorview Connect product launch and 700MHz migration campaign.
